These Terms and Conditions (“T&C” or “Agreement” or “The Pirate’s Code”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (the “Player” or “Captain”) and Pirate777, governing your access to and use of the Pirate777 platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
Please read these T&C carefully before using the Service. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by this Pirate’s Code in its entirety.

One Account Per Player:

Prohibited Activities:

Detection and Consequences:

- Close all associated accounts immediately
- Void any winnings from duplicate accounts
- Forfeit all bonuses claimed across accounts
- Retain deposits as compensation for system abuse

2.4. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Best Practices:
- Use a strong, unique password (not used on other sites)
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
- Never access your account on public WiFi without VPN
- Be wary of phishing emails claiming to be from Pirate777
2.5. Account Suspension and Termination
Pirate777’s Right to Suspend or Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:
a. You breach any term of this Agreement
b. We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity
c. You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC
d. You create or operate multiple accounts
e. You engage in bonus abuse or system manipulation
f. You initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without justification
g. You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
h. Your account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
i. You engage in abusive behavior toward our support staff
j. You are placed on a self-exclusion list
Effect of Account Closure
If Closed Due to Breach or Violation:
- ✅ Your account balance will be reviewed by our compliance team
- ✅ Legitimate deposits (not yet wagered per AML requirements) will be returned to the source
- ❌ Any active bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be immediately forfeited
- ❌ Winnings from fraudulent or abusive activity will be voided

Inactive Account Policy
Dormant Account (24+ Months):
- Accounts inactive for 24+ months may be permanently closed

Your Right to Close Your Account
You may close your account at any time by:

We will process your closure request within 48 hours after:

Third-Party Payments: ❌ We do NOT accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name (e.g., friend’s bank account, relative’s credit card). Such deposits will be:
- Rejected and returned to source
- Flagged for investigation
- May result in account suspension
3.2. Fund Usage and Purpose
Intended Use:
Funds deposited into your Pirate777 account must be used solely for the purpose of placing wagers on our certified slot games.
Prohibited Use:
- ❌ Using Pirate777 as a money transfer or payment service
- ❌ Depositing and immediately withdrawing without wagering (money laundering risk)
- ❌ Transferring funds between player accounts
3.3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
Minimum Play-Through Requirement:
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations and prevent Pirate777 from being used as a money transfer service, all deposited funds must be wagered at least ONE (1) time before withdrawal is permitted.
How It Works:
Example:
- You deposit RM 1,000
- You must place at least RM 1,000 in total wagers before requesting withdrawal
- Winnings from those wagers CAN be withdrawn immediately (no additional turnover required on winnings)
- If you win RM 500, your total withdrawable balance is RM 1,500 (after RM 1,000 turnover completed)
Why This Exists:
This is a standard AML requirement across all legitimate gaming operators worldwide. It prevents criminals from using gaming platforms to “clean” illegally obtained funds.
Suspicious Activity:
Deposits followed immediately by withdrawal requests without any gaming activity will result in:

3.4. Currency

4.2. THE PIRATE777 5-MINUTE PAYOUT GUARANTEE
a. The Guarantee
Pirate777 guarantees to process your withdrawal request and dispatch the funds to your nominated and verified Malaysian bank/E-wallet account within FIVE (5) minutes of the request being officially approved by our Finance Department.
This is our commitment to the fastest payouts in Malaysia.
b. Activation Time (When the Timer Starts)
IMPORTANT: The 5-minute timer begins ONLY when the withdrawal request changes status to “Approved for Processing” by Pirate777’s finance team.
The timer does NOT start:
- ❌ When you initially submit the withdrawal request
- ❌ During KYC verification period
- ❌ During security review period
- ❌ While bonus wagering requirements are pending
Typical Timeline:

c. Exclusions (When the Guarantee is Void)
The 5-Minute Guarantee is null and void and does NOT apply under the following circumstances:
i. First Withdrawal (Mandatory KYC):
- Your first withdrawal requires mandatory identity verification
- Typical processing time: 10 minutes-2 hours (up to 48 hours for complex cases)
- Once verified, all future withdrawals are eligible for the 5-minute guarantee
ii. Ongoing Verification or Security Review:
- Account is currently undergoing audit or compliance review
- Large winning amounts triggering additional verification (typically RM 20,000+)
- Flagged activity requiring investigation
- Source of funds verification needed
iii. Technical Issues Beyond Our Control:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, wars)
- Scheduled or emergency system maintenance
- Bank or payment processor downtime (FPX network issues, E-wallet outages)
- External payment processor technical failures
- Government-mandated service interruptions
iv. Incomplete Bonus Requirements:
- Active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements
- Bonus terms not fully satisfied
- Minimum bet requirements not met
v. Suspected Fraud or System Abuse:
- Withdrawal associated with suspected fraudulent activity
- Collusion with other players detected
- Bonus abuse or system manipulation suspected
- Multiple account operation
- Chargeback history or payment disputes
vi. Player Error:
- Incorrect withdrawal details provided
- Unverified payment method selected
- Withdrawal amount below minimum (RM 50) or above daily limit
d. What Happens During Exclusions
If any exclusion applies:
- ✅ You will be notified via our communication channels with specific reason
- ✅ We will provide estimated processing timeline
- ✅ Your funds remain safe in your account
- ✅ Processing will complete as soon as exclusion is resolved
We prioritize transparency over speed when security or compliance is at stake.
4.3. Withdrawal Limits
Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
Maximum Withdrawal:
- Standard accounts: RM 50,000 per transaction
- Daily limit: RM 60,000
VIP/High Roller accounts may have higher limits – contact support for details.
4.4. Withdrawal Fees
Pirate777 does NOT charge any withdrawal fees.
However:
- Your bank or E-wallet provider may charge their own processing fees
- Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are borne by the player
- Third-party intermediary bank fees (for international transfers) are player’s responsibility
5. Rules of the High Seas (Wagering and Gameplay)
5.1. Wager Acceptance
When is a Wager Valid?
A wager is deemed officially accepted only when:

- ✅ You receive on-screen confirmation

Disconnections:

- Immediate account termination
- Forfeiture of all balances
- Reporting to cybercrime authorities
7.3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

- Both parties may agree to use an independent, neutral mediator
- Mediation costs to be shared equally (50/50)
- Mediator’s recommendations are non-binding but will be strongly considered by both parties
Important Requirements:
You must exhaust the internal complaint process (Sections 9.1-9.2) before seeking external resolution. Failure to do so may:
- Weaken your claim
- Result in additional costs
- Delay resolution
Complaint Records:
We maintain detailed records of all complaints for THREE (3) years and will provide complete documentation if required for external dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
10. Final Provisions (Liability and Governing Law)
10.1. Limitation of Liability

Pirate777 accepts NO liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
