What Should You Check Before You Claim?

• Make sure your funding source matches your registered name. Step 3 — Pick a Payment Method

What Do Turnover and Rollover Mean on This Bonus?

Turnover — also called rollover, a wagering requirement or playthrough — is the total you must bet before bonus money, and any winnings tied to it, can be withdrawn. Pirate777’s first-deposit offer card prints no turnover multiplier: the conditions are the one-times deposit play-through in our Terms and the offer’s withdrawal band of RM 180 to RM 300.

• Turnover counts bets, not losses. Every bet adds its full stake, win or lose: thirty spins at RM 1 is RM 30 of turnover.
• How it is usually calculated. Our Bonus Terms give the general formula: turnover = (bonus + deposit) × the offer’s multiplier. Their worked illustration, not a live offer: a RM 100 bonus on a RM 100 deposit at 20× means betting 20 times RM 200.
• What this offer’s card prints. The Free RM30 For First Deposit card (Task › Special, read 1 October 2026) prints the deposit, the bonus, the XP and a withdrawal band of RM 180 minimum to RM 300 maximum — and no multiplier. Our Bonus Terms point to the card for the wagering requirement.
• The rule that applies to every deposit. Our Terms ask that each deposit is bet once before a withdrawal, as an anti-money-laundering rule: deposit RM 1,000, bet RM 1,000, and if you have won RM 500 along the way, RM 1,500 is withdrawable with no further turnover. For this offer, that means betting your RM 30 once.
• What the band means in practice. The offer starts you on RM 60 in coins. The card’s minimum withdrawal on this bonus is RM 180, three times that starting balance, and its maximum is RM 300.
• Mega888 and 918Kiss bets do not count. The Wallet screen prints it: games from Mega888 and 918Kiss do not count toward promotional wagering requirements or rebates.

• XP never expires or gets spent. It only accumulates toward your next rank — the Wallet shows the bar (100 / 200 XP after the Register Gift, for example) with your current and next rank beside it.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

• RM 30 tile not showing. The offer is for a first deposit, so it no longer applies once your account has deposited. If you have not deposited yet, close the Deposit window and re-open it from the Wallet; if the tile is still missing, contact Captain’s Support.
• Bonus coins not credited. The 30 bonus coins post on gateway confirmation, not on tap. If the payment failed (gateway timeout, insufficient funds), the bonus is not awarded. Re-attempt the payment, or contact Support from the bottom nav with your transaction reference.
• Telco PIN credited less than its face value. That is the published rate, not an error: a RM 100 telco PIN credits RM 72.50 (reload screen, read 8 September 2026).
• Name mismatch on Bank Transfer. If the bank-transfer sender name doesn’t match your registered Pirate777 name, the deposit (and the bonus claim) is rejected and refunded. Use a wallet or FPX option in your own name, or transfer from your own bank account.
• XP bar didn’t move. XP posts with the gateway confirmation, like the bonus coins. Check the rank panel in Wallet (current rank, next rank, XP bar) — XP is never spent, so if the deposit credited, the 30 XP is there.
