My Slot Withdrawal Is Stuck: Triage Steps Before Contacting Captain’s Support

A withdrawal that has not arrived usually has one of a small number of causes, and several of them you can check yourself in a couple of minutes. This guide goes cause by cause: scan the headings for the one that matches what you are seeing, then follow the steps. If none of them fit, Captain’s Support can look the transaction up — you can contact them any time from 15 minutes after you make the request.

Withdrawals are paid by DuitNow bank transfer to your registered bank account. E-wallet withdrawals have been unavailable since 26 August 2026; we update this page when that changes.

What to have ready before you ask

Three details make any question about a withdrawal quick to answer, and your withdrawal history shows all three:

  • The reference number of the withdrawal.
  • The date and time you made the request.
  • The amount you asked for.

Captain’s Support traces a withdrawal from its reference number, so it is worth copying that out before you start a chat.

First, check how long it has actually been

Our own monitoring puts the average withdrawal at 2.3 minutes, measured from the moment a withdrawal is approved to the moment the receiving bank credits the account. Two things follow from that:

  • The clock starts at approval, not when you press the button. The checks that run before approval sit outside that average.
  • The clock stops when your bank credits the account, not when your banking app draws the new balance on screen.

2.3 minutes is an average across our own records. It is not a promise about any single withdrawal.

If it has been less than 15 minutes, the withdrawal may well still be on its way. After 15 minutes, contact Captain’s Support. You do not need to wait longer than that, and asking early does not cost you anything.

The money came back to your Pirate777 balance

If a payout is sent and the receiving bank rejects it, the money returns to your Pirate777 balance. How long it takes to land back there depends on the payment provider handling the transfer. There is no fee for a returned withdrawal.

A payout normally comes back for a reason on the bank’s side — the account is closed or dormant, the name on it does not match your Pirate777 account, or the account does not accept inbound transfers.

What to do: contact Captain’s Support. You cannot change a registered bank account yourself — once an account is set on your Pirate777 profile, only Captain’s Support can change it. They will correct the details and send the payout again.

The request was turned down before any money moved

A withdrawal request larger than the balance you can actually withdraw is rejected in full. The platform does not pay out the part that is available and hold the rest — the whole request is turned down, and the money stays in your balance for you to request again.

The usual reasons a balance is not yet withdrawable:

  • Wagering is not finished. Each deposit has to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. Bonus credit carries its own requirement — (bonus + deposit) × the multiplier named in that promotion.
  • The request sits outside your limits. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and the maximum is RM100,000 in one transaction. How much you can withdraw in a day, and how many withdrawals you can make in a day, depend on your rank — the withdrawal form shows the figures that apply to your account, and the withdrawal walkthrough sets out how they change by rank.

Your bank app has not shown it yet

The rail settles quickly, and the balance your banking app displays catches up afterwards. Some banks show an inbound DuitNow transfer later than others, which is why a withdrawal can be complete on our side and not yet visible on yours.

Worth checking before you ask us: the transaction history in your bank app rather than the balance on its front screen, because an inbound credit often appears in the history first. If the credit is not in the history either, contact Captain’s Support with your reference number.

You have been asked to verify your identity

An identity check happens during your first withdrawal. Our Terms allow it again for a withdrawal above RM5,000, or once your withdrawals pass RM20,000 in 30 days. Using a new device can also bring a verification step, by text message (SMS) or by email.

What the check asks for, per our Terms: a government-issued ID — MyKad, passport or driving licence — and a selfie holding it. Large deposits or withdrawals can also need documents showing where the funds came from. Our Terms put a standard check at 15 minutes to 2 hours, and complex cases at up to 5 business days.

These checks run before a withdrawal is approved, so the time they take sits outside the 2.3-minute average. Answer the request and the withdrawal carries on from where it stopped.

Things that look like a stuck withdrawal but are not

  • System maintenance. Maintenance can delay a withdrawal. It is announced 15 minutes before it starts, in the members area, so you see the notice after logging in.
  • A deposit limit, a time-out or self-exclusion. These restrict depositing and play. You can still withdraw the balance you already hold — ask Captain’s Support and they will arrange it.
  • Bonus credit still in wagering. If you can see a balance but cannot withdraw all of it, that is a promotion’s wagering requirement still running, not a withdrawal that has failed.

Asking Captain’s Support

Captain’s Support is open 24 hours a day on Live Chat and on Telegram, and that is the fastest route. Email reaches the same team but takes longer. Withdrawals are approved around the clock.

Send in one message:

  • the reference number, the date and time of the withdrawal, and the amount;
  • what your bank app shows, or does not show;
  • anything you have already checked from this guide.

Each message is handled on its own, so following up does not cost you your place. If you would rather have several messages pulled together into one thread, ask and support will do that.

While a withdrawal is being sorted out, it is worth not depositing again to replace it. The money is either in your balance or on its way to your bank, and depositing more while a question is open makes the account harder to read. Pirate777 supports deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion through Captain’s Support if chasing a delay stops feeling like a choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fifteen minutes. Captain’s Support can look up any withdrawal that has not reached your bank from 15 minutes after you made the request, and asking at that point does not cost you anything. Our own monitoring puts the average at 2.3 minutes, timed from approval to the moment your bank credits the account.

Not yourself. Ask Captain’s Support — they handle cancellations, 24 hours a day on Live Chat and Telegram.

The receiving bank rejects the payout and the money returns to your Pirate777 balance; how long that takes depends on the payment provider. You cannot change a registered bank account yourself — contact Captain’s Support, who will correct the details and send the payout again.

No. A returned withdrawal carries no fee — the full amount goes back to your Pirate777 balance.

No. Each message to Captain’s Support is handled on its own, so a follow-up does not put you further back. If you would rather have several messages pulled together into one thread, ask support and they will do that.

The request is turned down in full rather than part-paid, and the money stays in your balance. Usually it means a deposit or bonus still has wagering to finish, or the amount sits outside the limits that apply to your rank. Request again once the withdrawable balance covers it.

Yes. Those tools restrict depositing and play, not the balance you already hold. Ask Captain’s Support and they will arrange the withdrawal.

There is no live withdrawal tracker. The app can send a “Withdrawal Successful” in-app notice, which you can switch on or off in Settings. If a withdrawal has not reached your bank, contact Captain’s Support with the reference number, date and time from your withdrawal history.

Better not to. The money is either in your balance or on its way to your bank, and depositing more while a question is open makes the account harder to read. If chasing a delay stops feeling like a choice, Captain’s Support can set a deposit limit, a time-out or self-exclusion for you.

18+ only. Play within your limits, and only with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you difficulty, free and confidential help is available from BeGambleAware, and Pirate777 supports deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion through Captain’s Support. — Pirate777 Team
